Getting a free translation quote

A simple online quote form enables prospective clients to submit details regarding their translation requirements online. Once received your enquiry will generally be processed within 24 hours or less by one of our project managers. They will issue you with a formal cost estimate and further details.

Actioning your translation assignment

Should you be happy with your translation services quote, simply sign it and fax a copy back to us. Once your deposit has been received the translation assignment is assigned to a single translator to ensure tonal and styllistic consistency. Where large document translations are required on short notice, multiple translators may be utilised. In such cases specific quality assurance processes are employed to ensure that the final product is of a consistent, professional quality.

Approval of translations

Once completed clients must formally approve all translations before the content is reproduced in any format. Translators On Call is not responsible for final quality assurance if content is laid out or altered beyond this point, and will not be held responsible if this process step is omitted. Please refer to the conditions of service in this regard.
